Dutch Bros had a very appealing website, but it suffered from some usability issues. This project analyzed a previous version of the website's usability through the use of a heuristic evaluation and a usability test. The evaluation results were then used to develop website mock-ups aimed at solving the issues identified. The main issues that were identified were:
- The website had no search capabilities for drinks
- The shopping section of the website was not well integrated to the rest of the website
- The shopping section as well as the menu of the website lacked the ability to compare items
- The website lacked a proper sitemap
